Returns & Exchanges

At Hobby Zone, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
